    Contract for temporary care

Hello everyone, I have a family that will be enrolling for temporary care. I don't know if I should use the contract, I already have and just cross out what is not applicable to them or if I should make a new one just for temporary care. What should I do
    Thank you

Just use your current contract and change the end date on it.

Yes. Use the contract u have. Cross anything out that doesn't apply and sign ur initials where u crossed out.

I agree with the others. Use what you have. I use the same contract for all clients, full-time part time teachers and temp.

A few tips...

Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
