I'm not a morning person so I'm not outside at 730 lol but yes, we do the same! On the really hot days were out from 9-1030. The pool is a favourite and we do that in the morning too. Afternoon is a bit trickier as I have kids who leave a fair bit earlier than my others so usually my last 1-2 kids and I come in after they leave so they can cool down. I've heard August is supposed to be a bit cooler so that should help
