I have in my agreement: 10 days paid vacation time, 4 paid personal days and paid days off for all stat holidays (which I list in the handbook). Beyond that, I may take time off unpaid, but I have not had to do that yet.
I love the way Christmas works this year because I only have to "take" 2 days off to get about a week and a half over the holidays!
