Knowing what happens when you buy a house the timing of everything was not planned. The appointment was made before knowing they were going to be in negotiations for purchasing a house on the very day of the appointment. Should she have called for sure but she may also have expected that it would be just a few more minutes and then the minutes dragged on until she realized just how late they were. I do agree that she has lost the chance to disrupt the group and will have to be happy with an appointment in the evening. For sure get info about the house in the sense of is it still in the neighbourhood, are they moving from somewhere else to your neighbourhood as to how long term do you think the relationship will be.

Calling 1 hr later is really rude. If she called shortly before the time she should have come, you could have continued on your normal schedule. To me that's a red flag that she's not considerate about the value of your time, and I wonder what that means as a future client. We all get busy, but a text/email/call would have been appropriate close to the original appointment time.
