B/A school best practices

Thanks everyone!
I just have one family and all 3 of the kids belong to them. Mom, lives just a few houses down from me. The b/a will be in JK so definitely, will be out to get him. Then I will have my own 2 year old, plus their 3 year old and 1 year old. It's the 1 year old, I am trying to coordinate more so. The bus is about 7-10ft from our garage. The wagon in the garage is a good idea. I can put both toddlers in the wagon - its a double, I am just at a loss for the 12m old so I guess I had wishful thinking there was an easier way around this. I am already dreading winter LOL
