Vacation in contract help

Yes I charge. Three wks holidays and all stat and gov holidays. No paid sick days though. The three wks is one wk in July, one wk in sept and the wk between Christmas and new years. I don't call it holidays in my contract. I just put the daycare is closed these wks and payment is still due.
