    Bill 10

    Hello everyone.
So I thought I understood this bill, however I am unclear about this:
Is it ok for me to have 3 children under the age of 2 enrolled in my daycare, if they are part-time and scheduled different days? I would Be following the 2 under 2 each day of the week, but have 3 enrolled.
    Thank you again

Yes. You could have 10 kids under 2 enrolled if you wanted, as long as you never had more than 2 under 2 at any given time.

Yes it is. U can have as many babies u want just as long there are not more then two on any given day. U can also have ten kids just as long on any given day u don't have more then 5.

Thank you crazy eight and Babylon. DoI need to follow this now, as we speak? I know proclamation was August 31. The reason I ask is because 1 of the 3 children will turn 2 years in January 2. How coincidental.

If all your kids were in care before dec. 4.14 then u have till January 2016 to follow rules. But if a child child started after dec 4,14 then u have to follow rules by August 31,15

A few tips...

If you visited or if you're using a childcare provider found on DaycareBear, do not hesitate to leave a review. This will most certainly help other parents!
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
