Thanks. Parents are willing to pay $16.00 hour to have someone watch their one child in their home(no housework involved) as long as you take the child to playgroups, etc. for socialization. Of course the trade-off for the parent is the child stays in their home environment. I guess that individual attention is what I was aiming for in my daycare. It would probably help if I had younger children of my own as the parents would see that as at least there is someone to be with their child.
