    I would just do it and with increased rate. Chances are, if they are going to stay with other change, $2 not a big deal. If they are going be upset about drop offs, pick ups and paying for spot, having old rate not going to keep them.

    You have restructure your business and they are on board or not. Waiting until July 1st to increase fee just give shopping around time a cheap rate. If they going to shop around, let pay full price while looking.
