Thanks so much for all your comments and suggestions! I really started to find myself hating this job, and when I really sat down and thought about it, it was because I felt like I was simply not appreciated, I felt like I was working non stop, yet didnt have much to show for it! I will raise the rates too, and if they want to go, they can go. I am excited to present this new contract, and see what happens.
