Landline phone

I have a landline, and I had it before I got licensed, so it wasn't an issue for me. I like long conversations better on a landline, and for a while my kids babysitter didn't have her own cell phone. She has one now, but sometimes doesn't bring it. So I like having a home phone.
However, my friend is licensed in a different town, same coordinator, and she only has a cell. No home phone. So it is possible to be licensed without a home phone.
