Many home providers do not provide before and after care and many families look for daycare providers that do not do these school/bus runs.

Tell her that on further consideration and looking at the impact of the bus/school runs on your younger children you cannot provide such care when he starts school.

I don't think you will be disappointed in this decision next winter!!
