Kissing on the Mouth

I have a loving dad drop off dcb mornings and he always gives his little cutie pie a great big smooch on his kid's mouth when he leaves. Today dad comes in his p.j.s obviously under the weather and still lays a wet one on child. I don't feel I can say anything can I? Child still puts toys in mouth occasionally and then shares toy and it's all a bit gross. What to do? Tx bunches
