It's difficult when they behave this way....sometimes I HAVE to dress them just to get out the door....they are screaming..i just block it out and be on my way....let the child know it doesn't bother me! lol....as far as pick up time, I have 3...THREE out of the 4 or 5 I have on a given day, that refuse to co-operate for the parent at pick up....started taking 10-15 minutes before the parent got the kid out...I PUT A STOP TO THAT! I told each of the 3 parents to TEXT me when they were 5 minutes from my house....the child would get dressed...and I have the front door open and it's BY BY...SIMPLE.....if the parent forgets to text me, I open the door but tell them to stay behind the door til their child is ready....I don't let them in....put up with that nonsense far too long and WON'T DO IT ANYMORE!
