    Yes u can take the deposit and should if new/old awesome family will be coming back with kid #3. Pick whichever family U'd prefer to have that spot. In this business GOOD family and parents are HARD to come by so if u say u found one and watched already two kids for them if it were me I'd go,with them. Let new family know whenever. I'd say soon so they can find other summer care and just say unfortunately the spot won't be available after your end date as its already full. If u give to much notice they may leave and then leave u empty from now till summer so be prepared.
