Get firm with current client. I great they love your care but their gratitude not pay your bills. Mortgage company not okay with positive review, they want cold, hard cash.

Explain client that when you said they not have pay if not come, you were intending that to be for genuine sickness or maybe annual vacation and never expected it to be used weekly. Their low attendance is losing you income.

Tell them straight that this not able to continue esp where they taking two place. They need decide:-

    1. Do they need the 4 days they promised or not.
    2. If they only need 1 or 2 or sometimes 2, then you're sorry but that not paying your bills and you have to term to take FT client.
    3. If you want keep them, they need sign 4 days firm commitment on current policies.

    You running business not charity.

A few tips...

Always ensure that your child receives quality care by taking the time to investigate the provider and by asking for references! We simply cannot verify the claims of every daycare provider.
Updates
We expect providers to keep their listing and available openings up-to-date. However, to prevent oversights, openings expire after 45 days.
