Thank you all for your advice. We can move any time during the month of April, and I have the moving company booked to come on the 16 to move all of the big furniture that date. With the the inspections done and passed, we now can move forward. I have already sent the inspection information to our insurance and will have full coverage for april 1.
To put how close it is in perspective, you can see the drive way from my back door. Really there is no point to packing boxes as we just have to cross the street and put stuff in their new spot.
The reason for our move is that we are renting, and the repairs service has gone down hill the past 3 years.
This house has a fully finished basement, with a kitchen bathroom and bedroom that I can use for nap time, so essentially I will be able to have a dedicated daycare with a private entrance, while getting back our two family floors.
