I know it may sound weird. But both my kids got high fevers when teething. One day they wake with a fever I'd think flu or cold then two days later out comes the tooth and fever gone. Every single time a new tooth came. Weird. But as a provider I don't keep kids with fevers regardless if it's teeth or not.
