    Leaving Weewatch Agency

Anyone ever worked with Weewatch and tried to go private? I was working with Weewatch and I found a private child on my own. Day before child was to start at my daycare Weewatch came back and said I couldn't watch this child because this child was registered with them. So I left the agency. Now they are threatening to sue me and have been seen outside my home taking pictures.

Get yourself a lawyer or see one for advice I'd say.

Before you get a lawyer. Ask the parents of the child. If they were signed with wee watch. If they are then it counts as you've been taking the client from the Agency. But if you have got the clients through your own adds etc. Then you are in your own terms. Please also read your agreement with the agency specially the fine print.
