    So strange. I could have swore that a pool even a kiddie one has to be under a certain amount or u can't use them. Heard it after that death happened a couples yrs ago in a reg pool. But maybe I heard wrong and it's just for licensed daycares. Thank u!

    It is allowed, the only catch is that any pool, even a tiny kiddie pool needs to meet all bylaws for pools (be fenced in with self locking gates etc). So, if it is left out, with water, they could be fined for breaking the by law. Our neighbors got in trouble for this some years back.
