Sorry I can't help, but I can sympathize. The entire province of Quebec and PEI don't appear anywhere on the daycare bear list! Inexplicably, however, Montreal does show up in the Alberta list and Gatineau shows up in the Ontario list. But I can only assume that's an oversight. Good luck!
