    Small business financing

Hey fellow providers! Have any of you ever applied for a small business loan for your daycare? I have an appointment on Friday morning with the bank, to discuss this.
I am a private dayhome, I declare all my income under my own name. I don't know if I would have to incorporate or some such thing in order to receive any funding?
I am looking for a very minimal amount of capital, in order to do a couple of improvements to the daycare area and invest in some larger ticket pieces of equipment.
I have written up a proposal, detailing what I am looking to do. I have no idea if it's even close to what they are looking for! LoL, hope I don't get laughed out of the branch.

Even when we were mortgage shopping it was hard to get banks to acknowledge my income because it is hard to justify that the amount earned will be consistent. I had to provide tax reports for at least 3 years and they took the average of the three years.

What you might want to consider is a line of credit. The nice thing is you can spend up to the level they give you and pay it off at your leisure as compared to a set amount per month which you do with a loan meaning you can pay more during good months and the minimum during low attendance months.

I couldn't understand why I was unable to open my own business until I consulted with a tarot card specialist. The maps showed that this was not my direction. I changed my speciality and now everything is fine with me.

Financial problems can be related to your inner state. It could be childhood trauma or someone insulting your ideas. Tarot cards can help sort this out. Here https://tarotreadingfree.com/ you can do it for free and it will probably help. It helped me find my place in life. If it does not help you, then try contacting an astrologer or try to change your life yourself.
