    1) yes, there is no limite on how many of your child 4/5 yrs old in full time school. BUT you must only have one child under the age on 24 months in your care.

    2) they must be 4 years old to count. so if he turns 4 on dec 30 then he counts until dec 30. Which sucks I know. My youngest is a Dec baby as well.

    ps: it is no longer called bill 10. It is now officially called The Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA).

    The term bill 10 can now we assigned to other proposed laws in the future.
