    say something to the parent such as'' Make sure he does not sit in the the drivers seat with you as it is unsafe and I would hate for anything to happen or to be in an accident ''
    maybe they just need a verbal reminder that this is not safe!!!!! let hope your advise helps them realize it is not safe for anyone
