I keep a ride in car and playhouse (with plastic food) on my deck, and shovel off snow. In the yard, they are still using the toddler slide/climber, climbing a low tree, digging in gravel, playing tag or games with balls and feeding the chickens. When snow arrives, they still do all their running/ball games, and we still do the chicken chores. We do spend less time outside, and add in more crafts/baking over the winter.
