I agree with the waking her up in the morning ... what time will she have to be up in the morning when she starts school ... if she doesn't like to eat as soon as she gets up then how long once she's up does she eat cause she will will have to eat before school so she will need to get up early enough to do that so start now and do it gradually ..... back up her wake up time by 15 minutes every week(or bi-weekly ) use this to get ready for school so it's not such a huge routine change by sept
