It makes me feel really frustrated when they think that our sector isn't qualified.

We have in our sector providers who have further their education; how about independent Ece's, or teachers, or nurses, psychologists and the list can go on.

Whenever I've asked why they choose to work in a homedaycare their answer is "they love children" and second other institutions such centres and agencies do not pay fairly. Most of the income goes to the Directors or owners.

So, the MOE cannot ignore the fact that; our sector has qualifications but, we decided not to join the licensed sector because we do not want to geopardize the meaning of "nurture" and quality. We are open to show and present to them all our qualifications and all the safety measures we take.
