    You should always have a contract. A contract is to protect you and your business. It doesn't matter if they are only there for one time for an hour, you still should have a contract. A hand book is also a very good idea. This lets parents know where you stand on your policies etc.

    Yes you can still claim expenses. You also still have to claim all your income and give a receipt.
