    Is it normal..

To constantly feel like you didn’t do a good enough job? I just opened my daycare 6 weeks ago and Every day I’m left with this feeling like I could have done more. Should have done more. The kids could be having more fun, learning more. I have 3 under 2 and one 3 year old so with al the nap and eating routines there isn’t much time for anything else. I feel like I’m doing daycare wrong lol.

it may help you to feel better if you plan around monthly or bi-weekly themes that you can base your art /books / songs around. You will get more inspired and have teaching moments that will feel good for you and good for the kids in your care- GOOD LUCK
