Mine is similar to Suzie Homemaker. I do mine by hand and tally at the end of each month. My accountant asked me to add other categories to further separate the types of daycare expenses. Categories like: field trips/food/house supplies/membership fees for organizations you belong to professionally/office very supplies/professional fees like accountants or lawyers or banking fees/repairs or maintenance to daycare area like paint or light bulbs or safety locks or fire extinguishers or ice melter or shovels or smoke detectors/phone ie cell phone has to be 100% business to be claimed //play supplies for crafts etc/and any training courses or workshops you attend for business.
