2 yr old girl poops on floor

Hi. I wanted to get options on what you would do in this situation. I have a 2 yr old girl in my daycare who intentionally poops on the floor at nap time. She takes her diaper off and pees in the bed. I am not really sure what o do in this situation but I am fed up. When I told parents they said they would read to her about it. Any suggestions??
    Thanks

Hi, it seems she's ready to be trained. After lunch time right before her bed time put her on the potty. If she does it everytime then she has a routine and she is ready to be potty trained. Take that lead or advantage to train her sooner. It gets really easier once they get the idea.

Well I would get a sleeper that zips and cut off the feet and put it on her backwards so she can't get it off to remove her diaper ... I would also have a video monotor on her during nap to watch her

I agree with the backwards sleeper that is difficult for the child to remove and therefore she cannot access the diaper. I haven't had this situation but I've had TWO situations over the years of "poop explorers" - children who when they have soiled themselves, put their hands down their diaper and then it's on their hands and everything they touch. And they are quiet about it.

Have a video monitor in the room with this child and keep a close eye on the child. Or move the child down to nap wherever you are so that you can watch for the second they wake and nip it in the bud before they get a chance to remove the diaper.
