The Swansea Nursery School and Daycare is located in Swansea Town Hall. Swansea Nursery School is a non-profit, community based child care centre committed to providing quality day care services, supporting the development of the individual child and enhancing family life in a warm, caring environment. We are a non-profit, non-denominational centre, licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services, and follow all guidelines set out in the Day Nurseries Act.
Swansea Nursery School and Daycare has been serving families in the west end communities of Toronto since 1980 and operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We strive for excellence in our work and are honoured to serve parents and their children in our community (including families that are subsidized by The City of Toronto).
During the school year, we walk kindergarten children to and from Swansea Public School.
We are proud of the work we do and the services we provide, and are respectful of the trust invested in us. We believe our first obligation is to protect the physical, emotional and social well-being of each and every child. Our objective is to help each child build strong foundations, which will support their healthy development, both as individuals and as members of their community.

- We accept children from 2 ½ to 6 years of age
- We run a nursery program that runs on the school schedule
- We provide morning and afternoon snack and a delicious hot lunch
- We provide excellent programming lead by our qualified E.C.E. staff that includes French instruction, organized community outings, natures walks and a focus on helping each child build the literacy skills they need to be successful.

1. As much fun as our program is, we only accept children under 6 years of age - no parents!
2. We ask that you are ready to have fun, make friends and learn.
3. Applications require a $50.00 processing fee which is due upon receipt of the application and is non-refundable. |
