We are a Non-Profit Daycare centre offering a variety of programs to service a variety of ages.
Children’s Universe Daycare Centres have been providing quality childcare and programming in the Ottawa area since 2002, starting with the Blossom Park location and expanding since then to include Blackburn Hamlet I, Blackburn Hamlet II, Queenswood Heights Orleans, Kanata I, Kanata II, and Arnprior.
Here in Arnprior, we offer you a warm, creative, and nurturing environment, which enables children to grow and develop as unique, healthy and independent individuals. Our focus is on the developmental needs of each individual child as he or she grows socially, emotionally, creatively, cognitively and physically. Children learn to respect and appreciate themselves as well as others and the world around them.
The staff at Children’s Universe Daycare will implement their knowledge and experience in curriculum planning for your children. Our daily routine consists of play based learning, both indoor and outdoor, arts and crafts, and free play which fosters decision making, independence, and the development of social skills. We will also incorporate circle time which provides your children with confidence, a feeling of belonging in a community, and the opportunity to learn valuable everyday skills. We believe in respecting each individual child and nurturing their free spirit and energy. The daycare will provide an assortment of toys, games, materials and activities which both inspire and motivate your children to learn to explore.
