I met with this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Their Family Centre Daycare location at King George Blvd and 104th Ave in Surrey was recently closed down April 22, 2016 for the following reasons (discovered after further investigation and not honestly disclosed to some parents and as posted on the bailiffs notice pinned to the front door):
1) non-payment of rent
2) arrears
3) fraserhealth violations (ask for their FOI FH reports)
4) City of Surrey permit violations

We were told differently by management.

This present ownership and management cannot trusted with my child in their Daycares after going thru deflection and misinformation. They did this at their main office location. Imagine what they could do at their other locations.

All of this can be verified by contacting the local Fraser Health Authority and the City of Surrey. Even talk to their former staff members at this location. They were also in the dark about these long standing problems.
Even ask the question, how often the Owner of this daycare even showed up at their main office and daycare location. You'll be surprised where her time was spent. Certainly not here.

Additionally, you may also discover that they were recently ordered to vacate their illegally operating school setting at the Semiahmoo Fish and Game Farm. They setup their school operation illegally at a facility that does not permit school operations - and also gun club too!!
What does this tell you about the ownership's mindset when they do things like this without checking the regulations and bylaws?
Maybe to save substantial dollars in rent and charge the parents the same $$$?
