I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"I just got off the phone with Sarah, owner of Wise Owl Home Daycare, and am sad to hear that she is not providing daycare services at this time. Sarah looked after my eldest daughter for two and a half years. My husband and I never had any worries while our daughter was attending wise owl daycare. She was always happy to go to daycare, and was sometimes even reluctant to come home with us at pick up time!
Every child was always changed into clean clothes, had clean hands and faces at pick up time, which I as well as the other parents appreciated very much. I look forward to hearing from Sarah once she resumes her home daycare!"
