I met with this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"I find Natalia to be rude and unprofessional.
The area where children are suppose to nap, is downstairs in the basement and its not a properly set up as a sleeping area ( its just a seating area with furniture)
After she finished describing the day to day activities and the tour was completed, I asked if she could now explain it to my husband who was in the car outside with my sleeping baby, she refused to do it and asked me to explain it myself.
Customer service is very important to us, and shows in our opinion that you care for your business."
