I obtained services from this daycare centre / preschool and I find that:

"Unfortunately, we have had major communication issues with the owner. We had to take our daughter out it this centre due to very unethical behaviour from the owner. We had concerns that we tried to talk to the owner about and she was extremely condensing and unwilling to even have an adult discussion. We felt very dismissed and we are concerned for other individuals who come in contact with this business owner. Use caution, the franchise owners were fantastic after we filed an official complaint. We felt very heard by them."
