I obtained services from this daycare centre / preschool and I find that:

"This review is my personal opinion based on our experience with this daycare and probably other parents will not agree with me.
Over the 2 years at this daycare, our son had a lot of ups and downs and tantrums to the point that we needed to go pick him up. For 2 years the manager told us that there is something wrong with our son and he should be evaluated, there were “red flags” and no schools would tolerate his behaviour. We went through many behavioural specialists and two paediatricians for these concerns. It was a nightmare, and as a parent, the stress of being told that there is something wrong with their child daily is a stress that no parent should experience.
As our son transitioned into school, we noticed a HUGE difference with his behaviour and attitude at home. We made a follow up appointment with the paediatrician, where he concluded that because there has been a drastic change with our sons behaviour and that the school has not had any issues or concerns with his behaviour or intellectual state, that the daycare was actually the problem, in that they did not have the appropriate resources to manage children with strong characters and who are more active then others.
Some of the flags that we seen with this days were the following:
In the two years of being there, we went through 7 new educators which could become stressful for children as there is never a consistency with who comes in.
When they were short staffed, the father in law of the manager would come to replace and help, was rare to see the actually owner of this establishment.
They are not skilled in providing learning essentials for kids prior to starting school.
Through our rough time with our sons behaviour, the owner never got involved even with our effort to contact her and ask to have a meeting, as we were being threaded regularly that our son would be kicked out of the daycare by the manager.
There is favouritism between certain children and the manager, which affects how your child is viewed at this daycare.
I will not recommend this daycare if your kid is an active child."

I obtained services from this daycare centre / preschool and I find that:

"My daughter was diagnosed under the ASD (Autistic) when she was 2 1/5 years old and have been attending to Little Treasures Daycare since she was 3 years old. Each day I leave her there I am confident that she is safe and well looked after and that she will have lots of fun, adventures and educational aspects to her day. I'm not sure that I have enough words to describe the many qualities of the teachers specially Jas and Nicoleta who are working with my child 101, their care, compassion, motivation, skills, everything - they cater for all sorts of activities with the child at heart and they really do care for each child individually and offer them the very best.

At Little Treasures Daycare my daughter has made so many friends and started developed her communication and social skills, learning to be considerate of others and developing into a compassionate and caring girl, learnt to sing, learnt the alphabet, the numbers, about our solar system, had fun with art and crafts, developed a sense of confidence.

I am very thankful for been part of Little Treasures Daycare family and I would thoroughly recommend this childcare to all children. The teachers strategies to engage with the kids is amazing and effective."
