I met with this daycare centre / preschool and I find that:

"Terrible just terrible. 5am rolls around and they put their free-range children outside to scream and wake everyone up. What else? Allowed their toddler to regularly access their truck with the keys in the ignition. The predicable then happened. Should not have been allowed to take care of their own children much less other people's."
