Childcare provider: Carolyne

I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Carolyne provides exceptional, high quality childcare. Her background as an ECE, her previous experience as a child educator, and her genuine love of children all shine through in everything she does.

She has a wonderful ability to read children's responses and cues. She earns their confidence and affection quickly. Her program is filled with delightful and creative activities that address the children's social/emotional learning, gross and fine motor skills, creativity and exploration and second language skills.

We came to Carolyne after our first home daycare closed, and we subsequently moved to a preschool. Our son blossomed within days of starting with Carolyne. He went from being shy and overwhelmed in the preschool environment, to having happy drop offs, within 4 days. In less than 3 weeks, he was using French words at home: "fini", "dans la bouche". We see him spontaneously giving hugs again. Some days we have trouble getting him to leave!

Carolyne tailor's her program to the kids interests and needs from week to week. This was particularly wonderful as our child was integrating into her care.

Carolyne is open and professional, with good communication about anything we need to know about our child's day. We especially love the weekly updates on a private Facebook page, complete with pictures and notes of many of the week's activities.

Our child is happy, and we head to work with full peace of mind. I cannot recommend Carolyne more highly. Her program has exceeded our expectations in every way."
