I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Sharon cared for my son for approximately one year, until we moved out of the area. She has a very gentle and respectful approach to childminding. Not only did Sharon help to explain the concepts of sharing and taking turns, she was also instrumental in helping our son potty train. Furthermore, Sharon is more than willing to adapt to your parenting style to ensure consistently when transferring from your home to hers.

Our son was always very excited to see Sharon, and the rest of her lovely family!"

I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"My daughter has been in Sharon's care for many months and honestly loves every single day she spends there. Drop off's are easy, as she cannot wait to see Sharon and play with the other children. She even talks about Sharon et al when we are home together. As far as trusting your child with a daycare provider, in my opinion, Sharon has it all. It feels like I am leaving her with a close relative, as I never have any doubts that Sharon has her best interests in mind, and will give her the greatest possible level of care. Sharon keeps things interesting by daily excursions to different parks, splash pads, and playgroups. She always communicates well, telling me of any significant happenings during the day, and has always been accommodating to any requests I may have had regarding the care of my daughter. All and all I am extremely happy with the level of care Sharon has provided. I am expecting another baby, and I only hope Sharon will have room in her daycare for this next child when the time comes."

I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Hi everyone, I wanted to take the time to review Sharon and her day care as our child has been there since we have moved to Ottawa and LOVES it.
As a professional in child protection and the same as every parent I felt that my child needed the best and we therefore visited many day cares (centres as well as home day cares). I am so glad that we decided to have Sharon look after our child. Sharon truly loves children and is so dedicated to them. She is gentle whilst still ensuring to teach them good manners in a positive way. They go out every day during the summer and in the winter as well (unless if it's exceptionally cold). Children interact in such a loving environment in which they are taught to share, care for each other and to interact positively. There is a great atmosphere and our child grew so much both mentally and emotionally being under the care of Sharon. Her hours are also very convenient for full time working parents and Sharon is very accommodating to each and every child's need.
I suspect however that Sharon may not be as good at selling herself as she is with the children and hence I am putting this reference here so that parents can know more about her! She has two spots available in September. Sharon will provide references to interested parents. Thank you."
