I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"This provider seemed amazing during the interview process and the first couple days my daughter attended the daycare. She claimed to always work with the parent's if ever problems occur. The provider had an issue with my mother in law who was dropping off our little one and instead of working with the parent's to see if we could do drop offs, she texted the same day as she was taking care of my daughter that she will no longer be able to provide care for her and insisted for her to be picked up sooner. She gave us no reason why and practically had to drag it out of her. I will be transparent where my mother in law accidentally broke a planter at the end of her drive way and left it there (But she had texted her apologizing and stating she will pay for any costs necessary to replace). The provider has two larger dogs which she is forward will be able to be around the children she cares for and that there is a process when introducing the family to the dogs as one of them has severe anxiety. Myself and partner had no issue with the dog, but the dog kept on jumping on my mother in law in the mornings during jump off and as she has back issues tried to speak with the provider to come up with a solution going forward.

All in all the daycare has amazing positives about set up and how she runs it. On the other hand, she is not communicative, accommodating, and unwilling to listen to the whole story when problem solving. She made me feel as a first time mom that I was a terrible parent and I do not appreciate that."
