I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"We have been using Willoughby Heights Family Daycare for about 3.5. years, since our oldest was 1. We were fortunate enough to get both our children in after our second was born.
Vicky is amazing with all her kids, our boys love going there and can't wait to get back there after the weekend. They are always talking about how much fun they had with their friends, what they did outside and what they made or learned during the day. My oldest no longer naps and Vicky will spend time with him when the others are napping teaching him letters and numbers, he's learning so much more than I would have thought not being in a dedicated preschool. He comes home with all sorts of interesting facts and knowledge about a variety of topics. The daycare inside is a great space, they have a backyard full of toys and often go to different parks to play.
My son has food allergies that require carrying an Epipen, Vicky has made accommodations to have her facility nut free for him and has searched out special recipes that he can have when they do baking or have treats for someone's birthday. I have complete faith in her ability to handle an emergency if he has an allergic reaction.
We were so lucky to have found Vicky and her daycare and we definitely would recommend her to anyone."

"Our daughter has been going to Willoughby Heights Family Daycare since she was 1 (she is now 3) and it is a wonderful daycare. Vicky is amazing with children, you can tell she truly loves her job and working with kids. My daughter was extremely shy, but adapted well thanks to Vicky's kindness and patience. The daycare itself is beautiful and very clean with lots of fun things for the kids to play with. Vicky changes up the toys and themes often, they go outdoors everyday, and my daughter is always bringing home fun crafts. We feel very fortunate to have found such a great child care provider and highly recommend this daycare!!"
