I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Kathy has been absolutely wonderful with my son. He has adjusted so
well to being in her care these past two months - I know he is happy,
loved and safe.
Friendly communication is definitely a strong point - whether it be
new skills, how and what the kids are eating, or if naps aren't going
so well one day. She provides frequent updates and will occasionally
send pictures - receiving those makes being at work so much nicer!
Vacation dates have been provided well in advance.
Her daycare space is clean and really thoughtfully put together. She
does a wide range of activities with the kids, and I'm happy to know
they have lots of outside time. She tries to help the kids develop a
schedule, but has been flexible when needed!"
