I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Extremely disappointed with our experience at Happy Hearts. Our 19-month old daughter was there for less than a month when we were told that Happy Hearts wasn't willing to continue to care for her. We were told she wasn't "bonding" with the childcare provider, but we suspect the reality is that a young toddler was more work than she was hoping for. She can't be left unattended outside for an hour, like the rest of the kids there.

My wife and I are both essential workers, and now we're out childcare during a pandemic. Our placement deposit wasn't refunded - beware."
