I met with this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"I contacted Tanya regarding a tour of her daycare, which I did go in for and it went well. Everything seemed great and I was put on her waitlist and was going to send my daughter there...but as time went on, she stopped replying to my emails and didn't answer a phone message I left her. All of my messages were normal, just a few questions I had. She never even initiated contact with me when the date was approaching to start care. I was totally left in the dark as to what may have happened. I did find other day care, but thought I'd leave this review because that kind of behaviour is odd."

I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"I tried leaving my son with Stanley Ave Children's Centre a while ago but it just didn't work out. It's just my personal experience, but my kid didn't do well there. It was a struggle to get him out of the house to go there. Basically, he wasn't getting along with some of the other kids, and Tanya didn't seem to want to do much to mediate that, and wasn't very sympathetic when I talked to her about it. Granted, he's a sensitive kid, especially for a little boy, and I get that kids are mean, but I guess I was hoping for a little more conflict resolution from the adult in the house. I wish her the best, but had to part ways."
