I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"I was in the daycare and the provider lost my kids jacket, sox, containers for my kids lunches and cloths. It got so bad I stopped giving her extra cloths since she would lose them. I would have to check my kids lunch box every time I picked up my son since she contantly would lose my kids lunch containers. She would get defensive and tell me all the kids stuff was in the box. Today I just looked at my box and noticed she lost one of my son's sippy cups. It is frustrating when she loses my kids stuff since I use those containers and sippy cups to fill up at night for the next day. She called me on friday at 3pm while I was at work to tell me I should pick my son up because all the other parents have taken off early for the long weekend. I had to explain to her I had to work and would be picking my son up at 5pm and that I was paying her for the hours and she should provide service for the hours I was paying for. One of the other kids was bulling my son at the daycare. This was happening off and on for 3 months. It got so bad that I actually wittenessed it when dropping my son off. The other father also talked to her about the problems between my son and his son. Her response was it was normal for kids to do this. I was unhappy and tried to explain to her that if you know these two children are having personality clashes that she needs to keep a closer eye on it. Having the two children bit each other, hit each other and leave red marks and bite marks is not acceptable. Overall her service was not very good. Since I complained about these problems she told me I should find another daycare. She told me I had two weeks to find a new daycare. I then told her that I get 1 month according to the contract. Overall she never sticks to agreements, is very shifty and not a trust worthy person. She will make promises and not stick to them and tell you everything is fine and then later on you find out things are not what she says they are. I would definitely not recommend this daycare to anyone."
