I obtained services from this daycare centre / preschool and I find that:

"THINK TWICE BEFORE CONSIDERING THEM

Don't expect them to treat your children like their own.

My daughter was taken outside in -4 weather WITHOUT her snow pants, hat, gloves and scarf. After waiting over a month for a cubby, all her stuff was left, including her boots (she was wearing someone else's).

This wouldn't have been brought to our attention if my wife hadn't arrived a few minutes early, only to see our daughter walking in from outside with a red face and shivering only days after getting over the flu.

Who knows how many times this has happened. No wonder my daughter was saying she didn't want to go to "school" anymore"."
