Childcare provider: Sabrina

I obtained services from this family / home daycare, dayhome and I find that:

"Our child was being looked after at this daycare. The childcare as far as we could see was great! The childcare workers Kaela and Naomi were fantastic. Sabrina, the owner however has some shortcomings. Childcare could be cancelled at a moment's notice for the next day, leaving parents stranded to find other accommodations or taking time off work. We had overpaid our last month of service, and since our deposit covered 2 weeks of care, we are owed 2 weeks and she has been refusing to respond to our phone calls and e-mails after promising reimbursement. I have found out that we are not the only parents that have had this problem."
