I obtained services from this daycare centre / preschool and I find that:

"I love to send my son to this daycare. They provide enrichment programs including Art, French, Mandarin, Spanish, Sign Language. The teachers are so nice and patient with my son.
Every week, we receive their program plan by email, so that I know what my son will do and learn in the centre.
They have 3 snacks and one lunch every day, I don't need to worry he will be hungry when I pick him up at 6:30 pm.
Wonderful daycare, and good experience!"

I met with this daycare centre / preschool and I find that:

"I believe that Small Steps Early Learning Centre should be more helpful towards the newer employees to the centre and that they should shape up. They are not as helpful as you think. Only met two people who were very helpful throughout the whole centre. I believe that they should be more caring and open-minded when they are hiring. I wish I had a better overall experience with the centre but I didn't."
